Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(7.5 working hours with a 1-hour break)
Overtime
Overtime may be required depending on project progress.
Salary
Starting from GBP 25,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and skills)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (ability to drive a van is preferred)
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to perform light physical work, including handling and moving items
- Must hold a valid visa permitting work in the UK (YMS visa may be considered for strong candidates)
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in logistics, particularly international shipping/import-export
- Motivation to build a long-term career with potential to progress into management (clear career path available)
Job Description
You will be responsible for supervising on-site operations related to international relocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and packing household goods at customers’ residences
- Managing loading operations and directing on-site staff (workers/crew members)
- Checking required documentation and providing customers with guidance on international relocation procedures
- Overseeing overall site progress, ensuring quality control, and maintaining excellent customer service
This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
Training & Development
After joining, you will first undergo classroom-based training at the office, covering the fundamentals of international moving services and company operations.
This will be followed by on-the-job training (OJT) with experienced staff and managers, including:
- On-site supervision techniques
- Packing skills and methods
- Customer service and communication
