Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker our service in Kidwelly SA17 4RA and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. We are looking for male support workers, preferably (but not essential) drivers for this service due to operational need.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping and promote independence, well-being and dignity.
- Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
