We are seeking a confident and accurate Estimator to price a wide range of building works, from small reactive repairs through to full house renovations.
The role involves preparing accurate quotes, assessing labour and material requirements, liaising with clients and suppliers, and assisting with project costing and budgeting.
The successful candidate will also help coordinate jobs, manage tradesmen, monitor progress, and ensure works are completed on time and within budget. Strong communication, attention to detail, building industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple jobs are essential.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
