Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly
Job Description:
We are working with a specialist SEND School in CV21 Rugby who are looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant from September 2026. The school caters for pupils with a range of additional learning needs and prides itself on delivering personalised support in a caring environment.
You will support pupils throughout the school day, working closely with teachers and other professionals to encourage progress, independence and positive outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with pupils with SEND is desirable
- Positive and adaptable approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Two recent and relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
