Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in providing excellent service to our guests in a vibrant restaurant setting.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology
- Prior experience in guest services or the restaurant industry is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and orders
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience
- Proficiency in time management and basic maths skills
- Strong focus on guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
