Aligra is recruiting enthusiastic Bar Staff to serve drinks and ensure guests have a fantastic time during the Newbury Show weekend at Newbury Showground.

We’re looking for candidates with hospitality or bar service experience who want to showcase their skills at a high-profile local event.

What you’ll be doing:
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service to all attendees
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar and in the event area
- Handling payments accurately and carefully
- Assisting with restocking and general event duties as needed
- Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth event operations
What we need from you:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Reliable and punctual, and available Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September
- Previous hospitality or bar service experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Commutable via bus from Newbury town centre on event days
