Job Overview
We are seeking a talented passionate and friendly Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team with a clientele already. This is self employed basis only with whatever works best for you whether it’s percentage taken from what you earn because of our product use or rent a chair basis if you use your own products. You will have the flexibility to create your own hours that work for you and your clients. Duties
- Providing a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, colour treatments, blow-drying, and specialised styling.
- Offering personalised consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstations in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Managing appointments personally schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Handling front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, booking appointments, and processing payments.
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. .
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
- A friendly demeanour combined with professional grooming standards to represent the salon brand positively.
