The Role
You’ll take ownership of the full food and beverage operation, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service and consistently high standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, drive revenue, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and event operations
- Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Support menu development and promotional initiatives
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance management
About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for service and guest experience
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Confident with financial reporting and stock management
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Weekend Availability Essential
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
