Key Responsibilities
- Lead mail service operations, document workflows, and daily service delivery activities
- Oversee team performance, operational planning, service standards, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with clients, couriers, vendors, internal teams, and business partners
- Monitor service quality, turnaround times, documentation accuracy, and client feedback
- Develop strategies to improve productivity, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Support staff development, process improvement, training, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, business updates, and operational recommendations
- Ensure all service activities follow company procedures, confidentiality expectations, and delivery timelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in mail operations, document services, logistics coordination, business communications, client services, or operations management
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with couriers, vendors, service teams, document workflows, or business clients is an advantage

Pay: £82,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
