The Role
Westbury Windows & Joinery are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and proactive glazier willing to learn & grow within our skilled factory team.
The successful candidate will be required to work within a three-person team and with sufficient training, should have the ambition to become a competent glazier of timber windows & doors.
This is a very rewarding, hands-on role that requires previous experience in a factory setting and proven history within the windows & doors industry would be beneficial.
Key Duties
· Cutting glazing beads and bars to suit requirements
· Fitting glazing tape, glass, beads & bars to various windows & doors
· Installing gasket seals to the majority of units
· Learning & understanding the glazing process
· Assisting with stock counts of materials
· Checking glass units upon deliveries
· Assisting with wrapping of finished products
· Assisting with the loading & unloading of lorries.
· Assistance in other departments as required.
Requirements:
· A good work ethic & a drive to succeed
· Responsible, reliable & conscientious individual
· Experience within a factory setting is essential
· Experience within the windows & doors industry would be a preference
· Warm & friendly approach
· Hardworking individual
· Good transport links to get our premises (driving license & own vehicle is preferred)
· Good command of spoken & written English and be able to work within a team

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
