What You’ll Do
Being an Assistant Manager means coaching, leading and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional experience every day. You’ll:
· Lead and coach the team through smooth, efficient shifts – even during the busy moments.
· Guide and support your team, helping them master the art of coffee and customer service.
· Keep the vibe alive, motivating and energizing the team to bring their best.
· Set the standard – from the perfect pour to ensuring the café is clean, welcoming, and top-notch.
· Work side by side with your team to deliver outstanding service with every cup and bite.
