About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Growth Manager to lead our outbound efforts, targeting senior marketers and executives in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Director, you will be accountable for leading our business development efforts, driving process improvements, and aligning our outreach strategy with broader agency growth objectives to maximise qualified pipeline generation and accelerate new business growth.
You will act as a critical link between the Business Development and New Business teams, driving lead qualification, generating market insights, and nurturing strategic relationships to create qualified opportunities and accelerate new business growth.
What you will do

Lead our lead generation activities by taking ownership of our always on and strategic outreach strategies

Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts across our key verticals

Collaborate with team leadership and Marketing to align on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), refine outreach messaging, and develop strategies for stronger pipeline generation

Build and nurture strong relationships to drive leads from initial engagement to opportunity

Identify opportunities for quick, project-lead engagements - leading on pitching and closing smaller activations

Work closely with Growth Specialist(s) to develop full-funnel demand generation strategies, using our advanced tech-stack to combine scalable volume and bespoke personal touchpoints

Serve as the critical bridge, attending initial meetings and nurturing potential clients until a clear, defined opportunity is ready for the New Business team

Implement and trial innovative tactics that go beyond the usual lead generation techniques and gain cut-through in a crowded agency market

Provide structured support, feedback, and mentorship for onboarding and training junior team members to uplift team capabilities
Requirements

You have strong experience in an agency sales role and you’re comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders across a number of industries

Deep knowledge of performance marketing is required to enable custom pitches and successful negotiations

Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding team revenue or pipeline goals

You’re used to using a number of different prospecting tools and data sources to drive activity forward independently

Knowledge of applied sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) and their application in prospecting processes

Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes

Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement tools), with the ability to train others

Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding team revenue or pipeline goals
