We're looking for a Payroll Professional to join our team in Beverley. Full-time working is preferred, although part-time applications will also be considered.

What will your days look like?
No two days are quite the same. You'll work with a diverse range of clients across different sectors, helping them manage their payroll responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
Your role may include:
Processing payrolls ranging from straightforward monthly runs through to more complex payroll requirements.
- Assisting with the setup of new payroll clients.
- Maintaining and updating employee payroll records.
- Processing statutory payments including SSP, SMP and other payroll-related calculations.
- Supporting Construction Industry Scheme requirements where applicable.
- Preparing payroll reports and management information for clients.
- Responding to client queries and providing a professional, helpful service.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
This is a role where you'll be trusted to take ownership, contribute to the success of the team and continue developing your skills.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally have a minimum of two years previous experience working within a payroll environment and be confident managing payroll processes from start to finish.
You will also bring:
- A proven track record in payroll administration and payroll reporting.
- Good working knowledge of payroll legislation and processes.
- An understanding of RTI, SSP, SMP, SPP, P45s and auto-enrolment pensions.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Experience using payroll software and confidence working across different systems.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
- Sage, BrightPay and Xero experience.
