Is proactive, organised and able to assist with classroom preparation and routines.
Can follow school policies and communicate effectively with the teaching team.
Is confident in supporting learning activities and keeping pupils engaged.
Is reliable in supervising pupils to ensure their safety at all times.
Is flexible, willing to help with school activities, visits and day-to-day tasks.
Is comfortable using and supporting pupils with basic ICT and classroom resources.
Is willing to take on routine administrative tasks as needed
