Job Summary:
As a member of the bar team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Your primary duties include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the satisfaction of our patrons. Experience in bar/hospitality is preferred.
Duties:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service
- Taking drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Mixing and serving drinks following recipes
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Handling cash transactions and operating the till
- Restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help where needed
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
