This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef to join a successful company at one of its popular holiday parks. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency while managing the on-site team, stock and costs. The high volume simple bistro style pub offers fresh food made on site. The catering facilities on site include a busy restaurant, lakeside café bar and various catering pop-ups. The branded menus are changed seasonally, during peak season the park is extremely busy and fast paced but out of season it is quieter.
You will also:
- Maintain health and safety processes and a 5-star rating
- Achieve GP targets for the site
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at either Sous Chef or Head Chef level and have worked at fresh food volume pubs or restaurants. A Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
