Breakfast Chefs
Salary: £12.71- £13.50 per hour depending on experience + Service Charge + Staff meals
The Duncombe Arms are looking for a motivated and experienced Breakfast Chefs with a real passion for cooking, to prepare and serve an a la carte breakfast menu for our accommodation guests, as well as support the mise en place of the kitchen brigade during the lunch shift
Maximum of 28 covers for breakfast, flexible days off
· Confidence to run the breakfast offering at a 2 AA rosette food standard for a 5 gold star AA rated award winning bespoke hotel on the doorstep of the Peaks, with all items made in house, from the bacon to the breakfast granola
· Be able to work to a high standard on their own, as well as be part of a well staffed multicultural stable team, helping produce award winning food
· Willingness to improve and learn, with the potential to move onto sections and improve as a chef
- A can do attitude, always putting the guests needs first
- Be reliable and trustworthy, with a willing to be a team player and not let anyone down. Reliability is prized over any fancy CV
· A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- Due to the location of the destination pub, must have a full driving licence, and be able to travel due to early starts of 7/7.30am

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
