Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Raunds
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £23132.20, plus commission OTE £28000 & £32000
Business Development Executive Company Introduction:
My client is an Electrical Contractor and Solar Renewable Company based in Raunds, working nationally, are looking to expand their footprint across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for two additional Business Development Executive to join their current team, the ideal candidate will be booking targeted customer appointments for the Field Sales Team to attend and advise and install any additional measures required.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Booking Appointments
- Responsible for the whole sales cycle from initial call to closing the sale
- Meet agreed productivity targets
- Use data provided to contact customers whilst managing the sales force CRM system
- Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Carrying out other duties as requested
Business Development Executive Experience / Qualifications:
- Telesales experience (desired but not essential)
- Successful track record in sales (desired but not essential)
- Enthusiasm and driven to succeed with a consultative approach
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Good IT skills
- Recognise sales opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems

What’s on offer:
- Basic salary of £23,132.20 plus uncapped monthly commission
- Realistic OTE of £28,000–£32,000
