About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading refurbishment and retrofit contractor to recruit a Retrofit Coordinator.
This is a pivotal role within a growing social housing retrofit team, focused on ensuring PAS-compliant project delivery across live schemes. You will sit at the centre of retrofit operations, managing documentation, evidence, and compliance processes to ensure projects meet TrustMark, PAS 2030/2035, and funding body requirements.
Working closely with operational teams, subcontractors, coordinators, and clients, you will play a key role in maintaining audit readiness and supporting the successful delivery of large-scale retrofit programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate PAS-compliant retrofit projects from pre-construction through to completion
Manage and maintain evidence packs in line with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark, and funding requirements
Support gateway submissions, retrofit design coordination, and pre-start compliance processes
Act as the main compliance contact for site teams, clients, retrofit assessors, and scheme administrators
Upload, manage, and maintain project information through PASHub and other document management systems
Work closely with operational teams to ensure ongoing compliance throughout project delivery
Support continuous improvement of retrofit processes and documentation systems
Ensure all records and evidence meet SHDF and other funding audit requirements
Requirements
Previous experience within retrofit, construction, or social housing sectors
Strong understanding of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark, and retrofit compliance requirements
Experience managing documentation, evidence packs, and audit processes
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based document management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment
