Surface Magic Repairs is one of the UK's leading cosmetic surface repair specialists, working with hotels, construction companies, property managers, housing developers, facilities management companies and commercial clients across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a confident, enthusiastic Business Development & Appointment Setter to help introduce our services to new B2B customers and book appointments for our Business Development Manager.

What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting potential B2B customers by telephone and email.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities within our target sectors.
- Introducing Surface Magic Repairs and our range of specialist repair services.
- Qualifying potential customers and arranging appointments for our Business Development Manager.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers including Facilities Managers, Hotel Managers, Property Managers and Construction Companies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all activity within our CRM system.
- Following up on previous enquiries and nurturing potential clients.
- Working towards achievable appointment and lead generation targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B telesales, appointment setting, business development or telemarketing.
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Organised and able to manage your own workload.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive approach to finding and developing new business opportunities.

- Monday to Thursday
- 10am to 2pm
3-Month Probation
This is a permanent position subject to a successful three-month probationary period.
