The Ruxley Manor Food Hall offers fresh fruit and veg, a delicatessen with sweet and savoury treats, a butcher counter offering quality local meat, and much more.
We are looking for a Christmas Seasonal Food Hall Assistant to join our team during our busy festive period. This is a temporary seasonal role, starting in mid-September and running until the end of December.
The Role...
As part of our Food Hall team, you will help keep the department looking its best and provide a friendly and helpful service to our customers. Your duties will include:
- Putting out stock and ensuring displays are full, tidy and looking their best.
- Ensuring prices are correct and signage is kept up to date.
- Sweeping, tidying and cleaning to ensure the shop floor is well presented at all times.
- Serving customers and processing transactions on the till.
- Supporting the wider Food Hall team during our busy Christmas period.
The Hours...
We have full-time and part time hours available. Full-time hours require you to work the same four weekdays each week, as well as every other weekend.
Experience...
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, previous customer service experience and experience operating a till would be beneficial.
