We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor/ assistant to help oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food service, and proven experience in supervising teams or running a venue independently. The Supervisor will be responsible for setting the standard for our staff and ensuring customer satisfaction and business needs are adhered to.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Juggle between food service and bar service ensuring smooth customer service.
- Ensure the highest standards of service have been kept
- Manage independently and make the role your own
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to uphold excellent service standards.
- general bar, kitchen and BnB duties
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of culinary practices including barista experience or hotel experience is advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
