Front Office Receptionist Duties:

Hotel guests’ welcome with check-in administration
-
Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information

Liaising with other departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest,including special requests

Ensuring our Hotel guests’ departure goes smoothly with check-out administration,including payments
-
Office duties including filing and reporting
-
Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries/reservations,offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms,dining and Thai massage services,and up-sell other products
