Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to prepare accurate quotations and process parts and remake orders for customers within our Aftersales Department.
To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of windows and doors, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with software such as Logikal and Window Designer is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of the role. This requires clear communication with customers to gather accurate information, manage expectations, and ensure enquiries are resolved promptly. As many enquiries are time-sensitive, strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and effective time management are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations using Window Designer, JTS, and Logikal (training provided), typically within a 24-hour turnaround.
- Log customer enquiries accurately into the JTS (Job Tracking System) to ensure they are processed efficiently.
- Process parts and remake enquiries, ensuring all information is accurate and complete through effective communication with customers.
- Produce and distribute all relevant documentation to the Procurement and Fabrication teams.
- Liaise with the Transport team and external courier companies to arrange deliveries.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the wider Aftersales Department with additional duties as required.
Additional Duties
From time to time, the successful candidate may also be required to:
- Assist customers collecting accessories and replacement parts.
- Support the Customer Service Manager with departmental tasks and projects.
- Ensure all processed items are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the business.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within the window, door, glazing, or fenestration industry.
- Understanding of aluminium, uPVC, and/or steel window and door systems.
- Experience preparing quotations, processing orders, or working in an aftersales/customer service environment
