Role: Demand & Sales Consultant
Location: Tide, Bankside & Central London, with a four-day working week across our London-based centres. The role includes occasional travel within our wider network, with a minimum of two days per month spent at a centre outside London.
We offer a degree of flexibility, including up to two work-from-home days per month (typically every other week). Please note that attendance at occasional evening networking events is required as part of the role.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm (occasional work out of normal business hours)

Our unique Client management model connects building owners (Clients) with occupiers (Customers) to generate cash from underutilised office space in all types of buildings from Aberdeen to Brighton. What will you do?
To manage and optimise the end-to-end sales enquiry process across the NewFlex network, ensuring all opportunities are captured, qualified, and converted effectively.
The role acts as the central co-ordination point between marketing, AI-generated leads, brokers, and centre teams, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, viewings are booked quickly, and customers receive a seamless experience.
The role also drives demand generation activity, builds relationships with broker partners, and provides market insights to support pricing, campaigns, and occupancy growth across the portfolio.

Enquiry & Opportunity Management

Manage and oversee all incoming sales enquiries across the NewFlex network.

Qualify and allocate enquiries appropriately across the sales team, centre teams, or AI processes.

Convert enquiries into viewings, bookings, or next-stage opportunities.

Manage enquiries end-to-end, ensuring professional handling throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate records of all opportunities within the CRM system in line with the NewFlex sales process.

Ensure tasks and follow-ups are created and completed within agreed service levels
Sales Conversion & Customer Engagement

Conduct professional conversations with prospective customers to understand business requirements and workspace needs.

Arrange and coordinate centre viewings, virtual tours, and follow-up communications.

Build rapport with prospects to ensure confidence in the NewFlex offering.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services across the NewFlex portfolio.

Achieve and maintain conversion rates in line with agreed KPIs.
Sales Operations & CRM Management
-
Maintain high standards of CRM accuracy and data quality across all enquiries.

Ensure all enquiries progress efficiently through the sales funnel.

Maintain up-to-date information on centres, availability, pricing, and services across the network.

Assist with the ongoing implementation and optimisation of AI tools within the sales process.

Deliver engaging, high-impact conversations that showcase the space and community, driving successful conversion of office sales, meeting & events bookings, coworking packages and memberships.
Broker & Partner Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners, commercial agents, and corporate customers.

Engage with brokers to generate new opportunities across the network.

Attend broker meetings and industry networking events where required.

Promote NewFlex centres and services across broker and partner networks
Demand Generation & Market Insight

Support and execute sales campaigns and promotional activity alongside marketing and operations teams.

Self-source new enquiries through proactive business development, networking, and targeted outreach.

Provide feedback and insights to support pricing strategy, promotions, and product positioning.

Identify opportunities to increase enquiry volume and conversion rates.
Health & Safety
-
Maintain a working knowledge of NewFlex health and safety policies and procedures.
-
Support completion of daily checks and iAuditor tasks as directed.
-
Report accidents, incidents and near misses in line with company procedures.
-
Support emergency procedures including fire evacuations.
-
Ensure contractors follow centre policies when on-site (under management supervision).
-
Take part in required H&S and compliance training.
Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Work closely with centre teams and General Managers to ensure viewings are well prepared and customers receive an excellent experience.

Support centres in converting opportunities and maximising revenue from enquiries.

Maintain strong working relationships across operations, marketing, and leadership teams
Additional Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound communication across phone, email, and digital channels.

Support testing and adoption of new sales systems, processes, and tools.

Knowledge & Experience
-
Confident IT user with experience of booking systems, Microsoft Office and email platforms.

Experience within hospitality, coworking, serviced office or a members’ club environment preferred.

Previous experience in a similar B2B Sales role is advantageous but not essential.

Able to communicate professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

High attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional standards.

Confident in handling customer queries and resolving issues independently.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.

Further qualifications in Business, Hospitality or Customer Service are advantageous but not essential.
