We're looking for a Pre-Works Coordinator to join our team based in Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join our planning team, where you'll play a key role in scheduling and coordinating works to ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout.
Location: Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham – office based 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £27,976 per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Pre Works Coordinator, you'll be working closely with both internal and external operations, ensuring that job packs are properly prepared, programmes of work are clear, and all relevant records are maintained. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in helping us deliver our projects effectively.
Your day to day will include:
- Producing detailed works handovers and planning schedules for delivery teams
- Scheduling and batching works within the Confirm system to optimise efficiency
- Liaising with planning and delivery teams, as well as third parties and stakeholders, to ensure jobs are planned right first time
- Ordering special materials and assessing plant and material needs for upcoming works
- Supporting the Team Leader with regular reports and ensuring corporate procedures are followed

- Has strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and customers
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and systems such as Confirm
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and brings strong interpersonal skills
- Takes a well-organised and methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail
- Focuses on delivering high-quality results while providing excellent service and support to customers and stakeholders
