Job Overview
The purpose of the Operations & Growth Lead is to support the CEO to grow the UK business and to lead operations and strategic planning. This job reports directly to the CEO.
The incumbent is responsible for driving the successful delivery, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth of our educational programmes for young adults. This role serves as the central point of contact for key stakeholders, building deep, trusted relationships that position them as the go-to person for collaboration, and problem-solving. Through exceptional stakeholder engagement and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience, they will foster long-term partnerships and ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
The role is also responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and procedures that underpin programme delivery, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and scalability. Working strategically, the Operations and Growth Lead will work with Delivery Leads to develop and execute plans that support organisational objectives, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and use monitoring, evaluation, and data-driven insights to measure impact, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education or Business Management or similar.
Experience
- 5 – 10 years in middle to senior management experience, of which 3+ must be local or central government.
- Stakeholder relationship/account management experience
- Project management, including reporting, governance and risk management
- Working with diverse and remote teams, including different cultural working environments
- Experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g funding, legal compliance etc.)
- Digitally literate and confident
Desirable
- Further Education sector experience, especially with respect to funding streams and new curriculum offers.
- Health sector experience, especially with respect to funding streams and new community-based offers.
- Understanding of apprenticeship scheme structures and alternative education routes
- Experience of working in an entrepreneurial organisation
- Experience of working with young adults
- Understanding of government NEET agenda
- Previous experience of platforms such as Blackboard

Pay: Up to £60,000.00 per year
