Scheme Manager - Adult Homelessness Services
Location: St Albans (Martin House & Hatfield Road)
Hours: 37.5 per week (rota)
Salary: £34,320 per annum

We’re seeking a compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our adult homelessness services, supporting individuals to rebuild their lives in safe, inclusive environments.
About the role
You will manage two supported housing schemes:

Martin House: 16 self-contained flats for adults with support needs, focused on independence and recovery

Hatfield Road: 5-bed shared HMO for men with lower support needs
You will ensure both services are safe, compliant and deliver high-quality, person-centred, trauma-informed support.
Key responsibilities

Provide overall leadership, ensuring services reflect our values: Empower, Respect, Inclusion, Compassion and Collaboration

Support residents to build independence and access services

Lead, supervise and develop staff, managing rotas and performance

Maintain high standards in safeguarding, housing management and service delivery

Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies

Oversee referrals, voids, incidents and continuous improvement
About you

Experience in homelessness, supported housing or similar

Strong leadership and people management skills

Knowledge of safeguarding, housing and complex needs

Prior Management experience a bonus
