At Domino's, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Warehouse Team Leader at our Warrington Site, you'll play a key role in helping our Supply Chain Centre run smoothly every day. Working alongside Warehouse Shift Managers, you'll lead by example on the warehouse floor, supporting colleagues, maintaining high standards, and helping the team deliver consistently for our stores.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to guide people, improve processes, and make a visible impact on how we operate. If you enjoy motivating teams, solving problems, and creating a safe, productive environment where people can do their best work, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is perfect if you enjoy being at the heart of an operation, supporting people to succeed while keeping standards high. You'll be someone who can balance day-to-day priorities with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll be comfortable making decisions, communicating clearly, and helping colleagues stay engaged and motivated throughout the shift.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Experience working within a warehouse environment, ideally with experience leading or supervising colleagues.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and the confidence to make practical decisions that support performance.
- Understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements within an operational environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, supportive leadership style.
You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring colleagues, stock, and resources are aligned to meet operational targets safely and efficiently. You'll spend time on the warehouse floor, supporting the team, solving problems, and working closely with Shift Managers to keep everything moving.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and supporting a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Managing shift resources, including workforce planning, overtime, holiday coordination, absence management and return-to-work conversations.
- Driving a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Bring your flavour, and we'll back your future. Here's what you can expect:
- A structured induction to help you understand the operation, your role, and how you'll make an impact from day one.
- Ongoing support from experienced managers who'll help you build confidence, strengthen your leadership skills and develop your career.
- Opportunities to grow your knowledge of supply chain operations, people leadership and continuous improvement.
- Recognition for great work through everyday appreciation and business-wide programmes, including our Domi Awards.
