Perfume Bottling Machine Operator

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Perfume Bottling Machine Operator to join our growing production team.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are essential. You will be responsible for operating perfume filling and bottling machinery, ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor perfume filling, capping and labelling machinery.
- Carry out product changeovers, including bottle sizes, fragrances and packaging formats.
- Monitor production runs and make minor machine adjustments to maintain performance.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specification.
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues promptly.
- Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain traceability records.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining high quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and safety procedures.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to improve efficiency and minimise downtime.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience operating production or manufacturing machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate effectively with engineers based in China.
Desirable Experience
- Experience operating perfume, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food or beverage production equipment.
- Experience with automated filling, capping or labelling machinery.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and confidence making minor machine adjustments.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar quality standards.
