Experienced Front of House Team Member

We are looking for an experienced Front of House team members to join our team at The Three Fishes, Mitton.
We are a neighbourhood restaurant with a strong focus on sustainability and farm-to-fork dining, using home-grown, organic produce alongside the very best from local suppliers. Our aim is to deliver warm, genuine hospitality alongside exceptional food and service.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings both experience and personality to the role.
You will be:
- A confident and clear communicator with both guests and colleagues
- Calm under pressure and able to work efficiently during busy service
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and professional at all times
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, although we also welcome individuals who are looking to develop and progress within a quality-led environment.
