Wynwood Logistics are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Class 1 (C+E) Multi drop driver to join our team delivering and collecting for a pallet network.
Based at our facility in Coalville, this full time role is primarily Monday to Friday and is a permanent position.
This varied role could see a typical day starting with multi drop deliveries and then moving onto customer collections and some trailer drop & swaps from both customers premises or the hub.
As a Class 1 HGV Drivers you will need to have:
- Must have held a full UK Driving Licence with Cat C+E entitlements for a MINIMUM of 1 year
- Minimum age 23 for insurance purposes
- CPC & Digi-Card
- Previous experience completing multi-drop deliveries is ideal but training can be provided
- No DD/DR/IN/CU/TT endorsements
- No more than 6 points on your licence
Requirements
- Knowledge of the local road network is an advantage
- Good communication skills which enable you to deliver excellent customer service and work well with your Wynwood colleagues
- You need to be punctual and reliable
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Adequate level of written and spoken English to complete paperwork, daily vehicle checks etc
Remunerations
- Salary: £37,100
- PAYE
- 28 paid holiday (including bank holidays)
- Social working hours; between the hours of 09:00 - 19:00 or 10:00 - 20:00 some flexibility is needed
