We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Baby Practitioner to join our team at Alfresco Childcare - a well-established, forest-based nursery set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
As our nursery continues to grow, we’re looking for a qualified and enthusiastic team member to join our friendly, professional staff caring for our youngest children. Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time role, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in a childcare setting including experience caring for babies
- Enthusiasm for supporting babies and their families as they make the transition into childcare
- Flexibility and willingness to support the team with other age groups if needed
- Availability for some 8am starts and/or 6pm finishes
