Caremark North Norfolk & Great Yarmouth is recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants across Cromer, Holt, Sheringham, Mundesley and the surrounding villages.
No previous care experience is required. We provide fully paid induction, shadowing and ongoing support before you begin visiting clients independently.

What you will be doing
You will support people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
Your duties may include:
- Helping clients get ready in the morning or settle for the evening
- Supporting with washing, dressing and personal care
- Assisting with mobility and continence care
- Preparing meals and supporting with food and fluids
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with outings, hobbies and activities
- Light household duties
- Completing accurate care notes
- Reporting any changes in a client’s health or wellbeing
- Encouraging independence wherever possible
- Providing support to clients who are unwell, living with complex conditions or receiving end-of-life care
What we are looking for
You do not need previous care experience. We are looking for people who are:
- Kind, reliable and genuinely passionate about helping others
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Able to communicate clearly with clients, families and colleagues
- Willing to learn and follow individual care plans
- Confident using a mobile phone and basic care-recording software
You must have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Good spoken and written English
