Duties
- Perform choreographed dance routines confidently on stage during live events and productions
- Engage audiences with lively public speaking, introducing performances and connecting with viewers
- Lead dance classes and workshops to teach techniques, routines, and the joy of movement to diverse groups
- Collaborate with fellow performers and production teams to ensure seamless performances
- Maintain proper technique and physical conditioning to deliver energetic and polished routines
- Promote upcoming events through energetic presentations and community outreach efforts
- Communicate effectively with team members, event organizers, and audiences to ensure a positive experience
Experience
- Proven experience in dancing across various styles such as contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, or ballet
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse audiences
- Previous teaching or coaching experience in dance or movement-based classes is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to convey instructions clearly and foster a positive learning environment
- Ability to perform physically demanding routines while maintaining stamina and precision
