You’ll be joining us at our Beverley, 26 Norwood, Beverley, HU17 9EY
As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.
The working pattern for this role is Tuesday, Weds and Saturday
Tuesday 7.45 to 5pm
Weds 7.45 to 5pm
Saturday 7.45 to 4pm

Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone

Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team

Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer

Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
