Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Workshop Supervisor to lead our fabrication / maintenance and repair team. In this role, you will oversee daily workshop operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop activities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks to technicians, and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout all workshop operations
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on mechanical issues and repair procedures
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer additional services or products, and ensure satisfaction
- Handle billing information transactions accurately, including invoicing paper work
- Promote a customer service-oriented environment by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs confidently
- Experience in offering services or products to enhance revenue opportunities
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or training in mechanics or workshop management are preferred

Pay: £175.00-£220.00 per day
