Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our teams across multiple locations. Working closely alongside the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and supporting staff performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate café staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Work closely with the General Manager to support daily café operations
- Oversee paperwork and administrative duties, including reports and compliance
- Complete computer-based tasks such as rostering, scheduling, and emails
- Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure consistency and quality across multiple café sites
- Deliver and maintain a high level of staff training
- Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and management
- Follow and check health and safety.

Pay & Hours:
Pay rate and working hours are negotiable depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Café Manager or Hospitality Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well organised and confident with paperwork and computer systems
- Experience working across multiple sites (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment
