Roofing Surveyor – Revive Property Services
Revive Property Services is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Roofing Surveyor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on site, assessing works, and playing a key role in delivering high-quality roofing projects.

What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out roof inspections and surveys across residential and social housing properties
- Diagnosing faults and identifying repair or replacement requirements
- Producing clear, accurate reports, scopes of work, and costings
- Pricing works in line with Schedule of Rates (SORs), including National Federation rates
- Liaising with clients, tenants, and internal teams
- Supporting project delivery by ensuring works are scoped correctly from the outset
- Monitoring ongoing works and carrying out quality checks where required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Roofing Surveyor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (flat and pitched)
- Essential: Experience working with Schedule of Rates (SORs), including National Federation rates
- Ability to identify defects and recommend practical solutions
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
- Full UK driving licence
