Joiner / Multi-Skilled Joiner – Burnley

Are you an experienced Joiner looking for a new opportunity with great Monday-to-Friday hours and the chance to secure a permanent position?
We’re currently recruiting for Joiners and Multi-Skilled Joiners to work across the Burnley area, carrying out repairs and maintenance on residential properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and wants to join a team where their skills are genuinely valued.
The Role
You’ll be carrying out joinery and general property maintenance work on void properties, helping to get homes ready for new tenants.
Your work will include:
- General joinery repairs and maintenance
- Repairs to doors and windows
- Flooring and kitchen repairs
- Glazing
- Handrails and fencing
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Identifying and reporting any additional issues
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Pay & Hours
Joiner: £16.62 per hour (£31,333 per annum)
Multi-Skilled Joiner: £19.42 per hour (£36,612 per annum)
- Monday to Friday
- 8:45am – 4:30pm
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Immediate start available
- Free/on-site parking
- No weekend working
About You
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Joiner who takes pride in their workmanship and can work independently.
You will need:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery
- Previous experience as a Joiner or in property maintenance
- Experience working on void properties would be an advantage
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
