As an Estate Agent Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our busy lettings operation, ensuring tenancies progress smoothly from offer agreed through to move-in and beyond. Working closely with landlords, tenants, property managers, and negotiators, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.
Through industry-leading training and ongoing development, you'll quickly become a trusted source of knowledge for both clients and colleagues, providing expert guidance on tenancy processes and helping to resolve queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure a seamless tenancy experience.
- Prepare, issue, and manage tenancy-related paperwork and contracts.
- Support rent collection processes and assist with tenancy account queries.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with a high level of attention to detail.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist with tenancy renewals, amendments, and end-of-tenancy administration.
- Work closely with local offices to ensure excellent service delivery and issue resolution.
- Provide administrative support to lettings teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation.
