Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, organised and professional Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with people, thrives in a busy environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Whilst the position is primarily customer-facing, the successful candidate will also assist with day-to-day administration, customer communications and supporting the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Managing incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and customer enquiries.
* Booking vehicles in and updating customers on repair progress.
* Maintaining customer records and job information accurately.
* Assisting with invoicing, estimates and general administration.
* Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure efficient communication.
* Managing diaries, appointments and vehicle collections/deliveries.
* Ensuring the reception and customer areas remain presentable at all times.
* Supporting management with various operational and administrative tasks.
* Assisting with the creation and coordination of customer-facing content and business communications across digital platforms.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and online systems.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
* Comfortable working with modern communication platforms and digital media.
* Previous customer service, administration or reception experience preferred.
