Responsibilities
- Support with the liaison between the registered manager, service users, healthcare professionals, and care workers to coordinate the day to day running of the service.
- Maintain accurate, detailed care plans, risk assessment. Ensuring reviews are kept up to date.
- Care worker supervisions.
- Support with staff management and performance planning.
- On call rota.
- Monitor service users progress and follow up on outstanding issues or concerns to promote continuous care quality.
- Support office operations by managing phone calls, handling inquiries professionally, and maintaining organised files.
