We are seeking multiple reliable and hardworking construction/ Multi skilled tradesperson to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction and labour tasks on-site, supporting the smooth progress of projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in construction is essential, although training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical skills within the construction industry.
Duties
Varied duties based on previous experience
Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day construction tasks.
Moving and handling building materials, tools, and equipment.
Preparing work areas and ensuring sites remain clean and organised.
Carrying out general labouring duties to support ongoing projects.
Operating basic hand and power tools safely.
Assisting with demolition, strip-outs, installations, and finishing work where required.
Following instructions from supervisors and working effectively as part of a team.
Completing tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Skills
Experience in carpentry, plastering and/or brickwork is preferred
Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
Reliable and punctual
Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is required
Valid UK driving licence is essential due to varying locations
