Nursery Room Leader / Deputy Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader / Deputy Manager to help lead our childcare team and support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. You will guide staff, ensure excellent standards of care and education, and maintain strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe and engaging environment
- Lead, support, and delegate tasks across the team
- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and wellbeing
- Model best practice in childcare and early years education
- Support staff development, training, and teamwork
- Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Help drive continuous improvement in care and learning quality
