Supervisor Role

We’re seeking a someone who can lead by example, ensuring our high standards of service, food quality, and hygiene are consistently met. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team, maintaining the welcoming atmosphere we’re known for, and making sure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
This role requires someone who:
- Delivers excellent customer service with a genuine smile.
- Upholds strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a busy café environment.
- Contributes to building strong community relationships.
- Supports and motivates the team to create a positive workplace culture.

- Flexibility to work weekends as part of your regular schedule.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
