We are seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our skilled team. This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical work, be comfortable working with hand and power tools, and have a proactive approach to safety and quality standards. This position offers valuable hands-on experience within a professional environment, contributing to diverse electrical projects. We are a smaller domestic and commercial installation, testing and maintenance firm. Engineers will be expected to complete their own jobs and will learn and progress with us as the business grows.

Duties
- Installation and maintenance of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Represent the company by wearing our uniform and adhering to our company standards.
- Carrying out their own assigned jobs including testing and installation work.
- Using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wire strippers to support electrical tasks
- Operating power tools including drills, saws, and other specialised equipment safely and effectively
- Preparing work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and organising materials
- Supporting testing and inspection procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols at all times during project execution
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Previous experience working within an electrical environment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical installations or maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
- Proven ability to follow technical instructions accurately and efficiently
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adhering to safety standards

Pay: £39,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
