Hi-Rel Lids Ltd are a leading manufacturer of metal components for the microelectronic industry and are part of the Arxis Group with manufacturing facilities and sales offices worldwide.
We currently have a vacancy for a full time Plating Operative on a six month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will begin learning how to use the drying machines and will then go on to learn the plating lines and how to plate our lids using Electroless / Electrolytic Ni and Gold.
Operatives are also given the opportunity to learn how to use X-Ray measuring machines.
The working hours are 8:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a high drive for results, have excellent team working skills and possess good IT skills. This is a very busy department, we expect all employees to conform to our safe working practices, dexterity is very important as well as a keen eye for detail. Further training will also be given to the successful candidates.
Experience in a similar manufacturing environment would be advantageous however full training will be given.
