We are currently looking for a skilled individual to join our growing maintenance team. Experience is a must. Must be able to provide a range of your own hand tools. Our candidates will need to have the motivation to improve the quality of people's homes and rental properties. We are looking for an individual who is competent in working with plumbing, kitchen fitting, general housing repairs and refurbishments.
You would be working with a team of 10, 3 of which are based in our head office in Beverley, 7 are based out of the office completing the maintenance jobs for our tenants and landlords. Our head office team will be managing your diary day to day making sure you have the support throughout you tasks.
Due to insurance purposes, you will need to be over 25 to drive the company van.
