Priory Lichfield Road has an opportunity for a RMN with an active NMC Registration to join our team.
Lichfield Road is a Rehabilitation Service in Bloxwich, Walsall. This rehabilitation service is accessible by public transport, with local bus stops approximately a 2–5 minute walk away and Bloxwich railway station approximately a 5–10 minute taxi journey from the site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within an agreed framework, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care in partnership with patients and their families. They will monitor patient progress, respond appropriately to changes in condition, maintain accurate care plans, and promote patient choice and dignity. Working collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team, they will prioritise and coordinate nursing duties, provide leadership when required, and contribute to clinical meetings and service improvement. The role also includes supporting newly qualified staff through preceptorship, maintaining continuous professional development and NMC revalidation, participating in clinical supervision, adhering to safeguarding and mental capacity legislation, following medicines management procedures, and ensuring compliance with all organisational policies, protocols and the NMC Code.

Essential for the role

Minimum 6 months post registration experience within Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Care Environment, evidence of continued professional development in the relevant field
